By submitting a Contact Form to us, you undertake to have read and accepted the
terms of our Privacy Notice without any reservation.
– Recipients: authorized persons from the Sales Department, the Communication
Department, and the C.E.O.
These data are collected directly when you send us a message through our Contact page.

How do we collect your data?
Expliseat collects data and process data when:

– You voluntarily contact us by filling the “Contact Us” online form. Information fields marked with an asterisk or marked as mandatory must b completed in order for your message to be sent to us.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Expliseat processes your personal data for the purpose to communicate with you, including responding to your inquiries and providing customers or potential customers with information, and for prospection and marketing services, to send you information about products or services of ours that might be of interest for you.

We will use your personal data for the above purposes only, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose (for preserving particular evidence or in the context of legal statutes of limitation for example). Under no circumstances does Expliseat sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing or publicity purposes.

- Expliseat’s Sales and Marketing teams.
- Expliseat’s C.E.O.
- Authorized persons working for or on behalf of Expliseat, including our sales representatives, and IT service providers.

How do we store your data?
Expliseat securely stores your data within the European Union.
We will keep your data as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In some circumstances we may retain your personal information for longer periods of time than is needed for those purposes, particularly when mandated by legal or regulatory requirements.
Is any of your personal data transferred overseas?
Except for Expliseat’s sales representatives operating outside the European Economic Area, your personal data will generally be processed in the European Economic Area.
